This complete moisture and humidity testing kit features the multifunctional Tramex MRH III digital moisture meter allowing for non-invasive testing of moisture conditions in numerous building materials such as drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tiles, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing.

The MRH III and reusable relative humidity probe allow for testing relative humidity, temperature and dew point in the environment. When used in conjunction with the infrared surface thermometer, detrimental condensation conditions conducive to microbial growth can also be identified. The heavy-duty pin-probes measure moisture content in wood, and the insulated 7” pins allow for deep wall cavity probing. Concrete slab relative humidity testing to ASTM F2170 can also be performed with reusable relative humidity probes and hole liners (optional).

The Tramex Concrete Moisture Encounter is a non-destructive meter for measuring moisture content instantly in concrete slabs per ASTM F2659 and giving comparative or equivalent readings in other cementitious floor screeds. An infrared surface thermometer is included for testing surface temperatures and can be used in conjunction with the Hygro-i2 ® probe to monitor dew point conditions. A heavy-duty hammer pin-probe allows the user to measure the moisture content in wood. Also featuring a Tramex MRH III incorporating wood species calibration and temperature correction to accurately read the moisture content non-invasively in a variety of wood species and moisture conditions instantly and non-destructively in roofing, masonry, drywall and laminate. The MRH III can be used with optional Pin-type probe attachment for wood, and the relative humidity Hygro-i2 ® probe.
